Heavy-Traffic Systems

Engineered for relentless footfall

Reinforced profiles and tightened connections built to survive millions of crossings, carts, and rolling loads.

HEAVY-TRAFFIC · 22MMALLOY 6063-T6

System overview

When an entrance sees tens of thousands of crossings a day — plus luggage carts, gurneys and pallet jacks — standard matting fatigues. ALUEK heavy-traffic systems use deeper, reinforced aluminum profiles, tighter inter-profile spacing and high-durometer infills rated for sustained rolling loads. The result is a threshold that stays flat, quiet and serviceable for years in the most punishing public environments.
